  Everything was just so good it was Taco Tuesday but I wanted to try the al pastor tacos let me tell you guys something I didn't get a picture I don't know how but they were the best or some of the best I've ever had in my life would recommend 10 out of 10 I got three more to go

  We’ve been coming to Azteca D’Oro for a few years now and are never disappointed. The food is consistently delicious, the drinks are great, and the service always delivers no matter the occasion. One of our go-to dishes is the Carnitas Michoacanas with fresh tortillas. Highly recommend. If you like bold flavors, ask for their darker, smoky salsa. It’s incredible and adds a lot to the meal. The margaritas are always on point, especially the premium options made with real lime juice instead of sour mix. The margarita flight is also worth trying if you want a variety. We’ve been here for lunch, dinner, and brunch, with just the two of us, small groups, and even larger parties, and every time they’ve delivered across the board. The atmosphere is modern, clean, and very inviting. The restaurant is always well maintained. Even the bathrooms are consistently clean and fully stocked. They also go all out for special events and holidays like Cinco de Mayo, which adds to the experience. It is a bit pricier than some other Mexican spots in the area, but you absolutely get what you pay for here. The location is also super convenient, right at one of the main entrances of Brandon Mall. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a reliable, elevated Mexican dining experience.

  We recently visited this location for a large group get-together of 15+ people. The Pros: * Great for Groups: The ambience is wonderful—vibrant and perfect for a big social gathering. * Excellent Service: Despite our large party size, the staff were incredibly courteous and attentive. They handled the logistics of a big table very well. The Cons: * Food Quality: While the food was "okay," it definitely has room for improvement. We’ve been to the Azteca D'Oro in Wesley Chapel several times, and the food there consistently tastes better than what we experienced here at the Brandon Mall location. Verdict: A solid spot for the atmosphere and service if you’re in the Tampa/Brandon area, but the kitchen needs to step up the flavors to match the high standard of their other locations.

  Music was very loud. Hard to have a conversation. Service was excellent. Ordered fajitas. They had very little flavor. Not traditional flavor at all. Better purchased in a bag from the frozen section at the grocery store. Guacamole appetizer was expensive. $16. The flour tortillas were hard. Not fresh. We do not plan to return.

  Very disappointed in what was supposed to be a great taco Tuesday. After researching the taco Tuesday specials online 24 hours ahead of time, our friend group decided to switch it up and go to Azteca for their deals. We had eaten there before for their HHour (bogo margaritas) and wanted to try again to experience their advertised Tuesday specials. Excited to order, the waitress told us “we only have specials during happy hour that ended at 6” which completely threw me off. When our friends arrived they also asked about the day’s specials and we were all told “no there are no specials today”. It’s funny because we arrived at 6 and the waitress told the table behind us “oh happy hour just ended at 6:30 sorry”… My partner and I ordered anyways, 3 tacos and a quesadilla + a house margarita each. Our friend’s Long Island also had a dead fly in it so we agreed we would not eat here again. Why the heck did I pay $78 for poor service and an inconsistent waitress who couldn’t provide correct information… The cherry on top was we stopped in the mall and walking out of that exit, we saw a huge cardboard sign that said “TACO TUESDAY $12 TACO TRIO ALL DAY”. It was hard to not feel frustrated after spending almost $80 and being told there were absolutely no specials
