  Terrible. The manager does not help the two girls trying to keep up with the orders. She is just staying by the drive thru window with an attitude.

  I haven't stepped for into a Wendy's in probably 20 years, drive thru yes but not inside. We pull in, park and go to the door nearest all the parking spaces with a sign to go to the front. Walk in the front door to find we have to order through kiosks AND they are out of Frostys. I placed the order which included lemonade and walked to the counter to pay cash. A large black woman, on her phone took approximately 30 seconds to acknowledge us by saying, "YEA?". I said we are paying in cash. There's a girl in the back room talking up a storm, another girl with a crooked hat and super oversized tshirt at the drive through. By this time, you would think someone is making our food. NOPE no one is on the grill. We get our change and drink cups and find out they are out of lemonade. We get our drinks and sit down and now it's been over 5 minutes since we placed our order and the girl in the back comes out with another girl who had a stack of cheese, apparently the grill person. She finally starts our order. The lady who have our cups and change disappears and ones of the girls puts out fries on the tray on the counter. Our burgers hadn't even been put on the grill yet. Another lady comes in after us and places her order them sits down. 2 older guys walked in and up to the counter and stood there for a while without a single person acknowledging them. I finally told them they needed to place their order at the kiosks. The grill girl finally puts out sandwiches on the tray with the fries that have been sitting there for 10 minutes, we pick it up and guess what, the fries were ice cold. I go back up there counter and the fry girl looks at me, I say that the fries are cold, they was no I'm sorry, no it'll be just a minute, she took the tray dumped it in the trash and walked away. A couple minutes later, the grill girl put the fresh fries on a tray, looked at me, so I got up picked up the fries and she said, "sorry". Horrible management, horrible customer service, there's no excuse for any of this. I will NOT be back and I will not support a company that clearly does not care about their customers. Bad management goes for district manager and regional manager as well. If they took pride in their jobs, they would already know who was running this store I wouldn't have to call it out and put it on blast. BYE WENDY'S

  Ordered (and paid the price of) a Bacon Double Stack, and asked for no ketchup. Nine minutes later I get.....a single cheeseburger, loaded with ketchup. They get your order wrong EVERY TIME at this Wendy's. Don't waste your time. Takes forever for them to get the order out, and it is always wrong. Ridiculous.

  Deleted my positive review from two years ago. This location is ridiculous now. Takes four minutes to get acknowledged at the drive thru. Half of the parking lot is people waiting for their order. Took nine minutes for me to get two items, and one of the items was not what I ordered. For the other item I specifically requested no ketchup. There it is, drowning in ketchup. I visited here a few weeks ago and just left when the drive thru line hadn't moved up one bit in ten minutes. This location should just close down. They got nothing right with my simple order today.

  If this kid a raise! I had to come to this location because I have such a terrible experience at the new location that opened on 64. This will definitely be my go to Wendy’s from now on. The food ordered was correct and I had great customer service. Exactly what you want when getting fast food
