Since the beginning it's been hit and miss on quality and service regardless of who's owned it. Last Sunday was the the last straw- I ordered via the website for pickup, drove 25 mins and arrived at the store at the time I was scheduled to pick up my order. I start walking to the door and realize there's a sign out front saying closed for family emergency and the lights were off and door was locked. So everyone knows that unexpected things happen all the time and I'm sorry that someone was experiencing a family emergency, no biggie figured I'd just request a refund for the order. There's no place online to request a refund so I called during normal business hours and left a message on the voicemail with the order details and my contact info. It's now Friday, I left the message with the order details Monday for the order I paid for on Sunday and I haven't heard anything back still. I had to go through my credit card company to get my money back which is ridiculous when I was just trying to get some breakfast. Again if there's an actual family emergency that's understandable but every employee there isn't related and it seems like a no brainer to have 1 of the unaffected employees turn off the online ordering system, return phone calls or process refunds. Even though the food is good it's not worth the aggravation anymore.
