  I was just at this location and was just trying to order a literal sandwhich and he took at least 5 minutes to start our order in a completely empty store, then asked for extra cheese and he decided that he had put enough cheese (probably less than half a cup) i then asked for more and he got visibly angry and told me he already did. had a very angry demeanor the entire time, threw the bucket when he ran out of lettuce. etc. Normally i have a very good experience at this location with another lady but this was ridiculous. Employees name was red.

  Ordered a portion bowl and hardly gave me anything I asked for and the bowl was only a 1/4 full will never come back here

  Took forever to get food due to it being only one staff member. I felt bad for him because there was such a long line then he had to step away right when I was about to order due to him having to get new bread ready. Please get more staffing

  Rude customer service... Placed an on-line order for 5 sandwiches. Sent a co-worker to pick up food and employees were making rude comments about how we ordered so much food and didn't tip. However we did indeed tip 10% ($7.30) but apparently thst wasn't enough apparently. Then when I called to speak to the store to ask about the comments I get put on hold and they never picked back up. Looks like im going to Fire House from now on. Thanks...
