  The woman making the sandwiches yelled at my daughter because she got upset when the woman told her she can't choose her veggies on the protein pockets. She said the protein pockets come as is no substitutions, she gets them all the time and they have never been that way towards us .. she just wanted some cucumbers on her protein pocket.

  Walked in at 9pm no one in sight. I figured they were using the restroom or in the back busy. Nope, 15 min later still one came out. I said hello multiple times and no one said a peep. Whilst waiting I saw about 4 German cocaroches crawling where the food sits in the bins. That was my cue to head the hell out of there. I went to another location and they informed me the health dept had recently shut them down for health concern reasons. Stay far away. I also recorded the roaches and reported it to the health dept.

  Terrible service do not go here! Every time we go this young woman acts like she’s doing you a favor for doing her job. She is rude and nasty and literally asks WHAT DO YOU WANT! And doesn’t even give you a receipt when you ask. I could go on but for what… keep away from this place

  Why are these employees so lazy and rude? They treated me very poorly. I placed my order online and when I arrived there was no one waiting, and they were just standing around talking. They refused to give me my order because they said “it wasn’t time to pick it up yet.” There was literally no one else in the place, so why couldn’t they just give me my order a few minutes early? Seriously? This is terrible customer service.
