  Rola got us a 5 star costumer service, had a great attitude, great knowledge about the menu and checked on us if we needed anything. Our food was delicious to perfection, especially the Caccio e Pepe which she prepared right in front for us. We loved it here. My little favorite italian place away from Italy. Can't stop bragging about that place.

  The Italian restaurant had a warm, inviting atmosphere and absolutely delicious food. Every dish tasted fresh and authentic. Our waiter, Patrick, he was attentive, friendly, and genuinely made us feel welcome from start to finish. His recommendations were spot on and his service was flawless. Overall, a fantastic dining experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

  Our server Tom was excellent. We arrived 90 min before closing and he served us with the same enthusiasm and attention we would have expected had we been his first customers of the day. All our personal requests were met to make our meal exactly to our liking. Also, our Tuesday one dollar meatballs were sooooo good -moist, sizable, flavorful.

  Huge shoutout to Bri at Scarpino’s — she was such an amazing server! From the moment we sat down, she was friendly, attentive, and made us feel really welcome. She checked in at the perfect times, made great recommendations, and kept everything running smoothly without ever being overbearing. On top of that, the food was incredible. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked — you can really tell they put effort into every dish. Between the great service and the delicious food, the whole experience was honestly perfect. Bri made it even better, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Five stars for sure!

  My daughter and I dined at the new Lutz location last night. The reservation was made 1 week in advance (6:15) and upon arrival we were greeted and then offered one of two high top tables right at the entrance. I declined and requested a regular table. We were taken to the very back corner of the third room, by the kitchen door, where we would have had to sit next to each other due to lack of space. I declined. Third table offered was appropriate! Our waitress was young and seemed inexperienced when compared to the other wait staff but she was friendly and our order was taken accurately. The garlic rolls are fabulous and arrived with our drinks. We decided to do the Cacio e Pepe for two. The young man who provided the table side cheese wheel experience was really friendly and perfect for the role, however, the food was not great. The pasta was already tossed in an Alfredo and was on the cart in a stainless bowl, no lid. The cheese wheel is inside some sort of container as oppose to being visible, which esthetically is not pleasing. The pasta served was warm at best, the noodles were clumped together and overall the flavor was bland. Not what I expected at all from an Italian restaurant. The overall ambience is nice, definitely updated and lightened from the previous tenants. I’m going to give it another try this week at lunch and hope that it was just an off night. e
