  Only a menu screen for ordering, coffee was cold. I asked 2 employees behind the counter if they could microwave it, and both walked away and didn't return. Place is cold and uninviting. So is the staff.

  Half salad stuffer is false advertising. It's closer to a quarter salad.

  For two items 20 minutes . Employees just walking around . There’s a long line on drive thru and management no where in the store .

  Waited 20 mins. Two cars in drive thru and 3 customers waiting inside for. They didn’t even apologize for the long wait.

  I’ve had repeated bad experiences at this location. Orders are frequently incorrect with missing items, and the drive-thru is extremely inefficient. Wait times are consistently over 15 minutes with little to no communication from staff. There is also no proper line management. Cars with large orders are not directed to pull forward, which holds up the entire line. I once ordered a single item and still had to wait as long as a large order because of this. Inside service is no better. Staff often ignore customers at the counter until someone decides to step in and help. I understand businesses can be understaffed, but that’s when management should step up and lead. Unfortunately, this location shows clear signs of poor management, lack of training, and no teamwork. This is not a one-time issue! It has been a consistent thing.
