Don’t bother to go! It’s not a real Outback! Horrible service, the food was not prepared like normal Outback food it was horrible, and all the staff walked around like they were miserable including the bartender. I’ll drive 45 minutes further to go to the Outback on Cortez, it’s always perfect there!
This location is awesome 😎 I placed an order online and it was so easy , my food was ready exactly the time I put to pick up the order , the minute I pulled up to the take out spot and text my spot number, the girl came out with the order before I could put my phone down . The service was great , the food was great and delicious, staff so friendly and pleasant, i would recommend this location is you want good food and good service

Normally we love Outback, but all around experience at this location was bad. We both felt sick most of the night and the food did not taste very good. I got the pasta with chicken and shrimp, normally I like it but it did not have much flavor. My husband got a filet and lobster tail, steak overdone and lobster tail was tough. Very disappointing.

Food to go was perfectly cooked, and presented in our to go boxes. Also, all “extras” for baked potatoes, salads, etc. were nearly packed in a separate bag. Vegetables were nicely separated from meats. Wish I had taken a photo. The best takeout we have had!

My husband and I visited today and was greeted by a very courteous young man and hostess, who seated us, but unfortunately, It went downhill from there.
We ordered the coconut shrimp appetizer, and it was brought in a timely manner. It was Very greasy, and we ate it after blotting with napkins to remove some of oil.
My husband ordered the $14.99 steak. While it was cooked correctly, the portion of fries was extremely small. You would get more fries at McDonald’s than what he received. We arrived at 3 PM and I ordered the $10.99 special, which included French onion soup and house salad. The French onion soup bowl was 3/4 full and had very few onions or cheese. It was quite underwhelming and the salad also disappointing. The salad contained iceberg lettuce with some core, a tiny bit of red onion, and two small cherry tomatoes, and about four or five croutons. However, there was good portion of ranch dressing. The bread and butter were very good.
The music in the restaurant was so loud that my husband and I couldn’t carry on a conversation I politely asked (who I believe was the manager or owner) If the volume could be turned down, and he was very gracious and adjusted it for us, which we appreciated.
When our meals arrived our server, Brianna, asked my husband if anything else he needed. He said yes, he would like to have ketchup for his steak and more bread. He ate half of the steak and no Ketchup arrived. My husband eventually had to go to the kitchen and ask the kitchen staff for ketchup.
Brianna was in the bar area talking during this time and wasn’t attending to our table. She said she was talking business, but I would think she should have been paying attention to us as paying customers and serving us in a timely fashion. To make matters worse, although I ordered the $10.99 Special,, we were charged $14.98 for it.
Overall, the entire experience from the food quality to the service was very disappointing. We’ve been dining at Outback locations for over 30 years and have never had such a poor dining experience there.
We hope that this was just an off day, but this visit did not meet the standards that we’ve come to expect from Outback Steakhouse. And we were very disappointed!
