  Today I was at the beach and decided to go in to buy a coffee. I was wearing a skirt and a bikini top. Nowhere near the beach has anyone ever called me out about my clothing. It doesn’t bother me—I understand that every place has its own dress code (although it’s the first time it’s happened to me at a McDonald’s). What made me uncomfortable was the way the employee addressed me in front of other customers. Without asking permission or offering any apology, she spoke out loud to another customer about his footwear, then looked in my direction, pointed at me and said loudly, “And she needs a top.” People should know how to address customers! I say this because I used to be a shift leader at a restaurant.

  Used the app to get a Happy Meal and fish sandwich. They wiuld not provide a cup of water or ketchup, only what I ordered in the app which is very difficult to add these two. very poor service! they asked me to go back through the drive-thru and pay for a cup of water

  Breakfast sandwiches were messed up. Took 45 minutes to get not that much food the workers were arguing and made one worker almost cry

  This is one of my favorite McDonald's. That being said I tried the "Arch Burger" yesterday. It was delicious. However it was sloppy. I went through the Drive Through. Suddenly I realized they hadn't given me napkins. What mess! Do.we have to ask for napkins now too?

  Asked for no ham, I got no cheese instead. I can’t eat pork and it’s not exactly cheap, especially when the size of the sandwich has shrunk by nearly half of what it use to be,so this is kinda frustrating. The cashiers were nice at least.
