  Absolutely terrible completely missed half my order and even after showing them proof they denied my refund I’m down 15$ with nothing to feed my family

  I stood at the counter for close to 7 minutes and no one talked to me. Possibly the unhappiest place on earth. They're all incredibly lazy incompetent people that don't want to be there. Don't waste your money and don't support this franchise

  2nd time to McDonald's in about 6 months ...I remember why. Terrible service, the McDonald's Arch and frys were cold and took 15 min to get. Don't waste your time. The link doesn't work and there is really not much else to share other than poor service and a terrible and cold burger.

  Corporate should take a close look at this location and figure out why their systems "go down" as often as they do, and why their service is so inefficient. I placed a mobile order and when I got to the window, they refused to fulfill the order because their system was down... It was a single shamrock shake, nothing else, but the manager would not allow the associate to fill my order, instead I had to wait 15 minutes for the app to let me cancel the order. Customer service is a joke to these people!
