  All employees are rude here me and my husband trying to order and being rushed and then having to pull around and retake our order because his phone was loading and still being rushed at the windows while other employees was yelling at him in Spanish about us thinking I didn't know Spanish this place is just rude and not friendly at all will absolutely not be coming back here

  The service at this McDonald’s is absolutely terrible. There is a specific girl who has no customer service skills. She is Hispanic, very short, chubby, has piercings on her face, and is always working the drive through. Every time I order, I leave feeling upset because of this girl’s energy. She doesn’t know how to speak to people and makes you feel stupid when you’re ordering. I’m pretty sure she hates people and her job. She needs some serious training or needs to be fired because I’m sure she’s made others feel this same way. Very bad look for not only this location, but McDonald’s in general for not doing better with how they train people when working customer service.

  Unfortunately this is the closest McDonald’s to us so we are forced to come here when we want to eat it. The staff in the evening is very rude. (Because I don’t know her name, this is a description)There is very short, older Hispanic lady with piercings all over her face & tattoos that is very rude. She doesn’t know how to properly communicate when taking orders. She is very dry & condescending. Makes you feel dumb or less than. Just very rude. She never says to pull forward, or I’ll have your total at the window. She just stays quiet until you have to figure it out on your own. She never even wants to acknowledge people at the window. Just sticks the receipt out & keeps her head forward. She seems miserable. Like she hates to serve customers, but is forced to be at that job. She shouldn’t be the register or greeter with that attitude. I’d say keep her in the kitchen but she’s probably do something foul to someone’s food if she was having a bad day. There is another woman who looks similar. They like to laugh & giggle amongst themselves & it just makes people uncomfortable. Like they are talking trash. Both of them constantly get orders wrong or forget to add items. Just all around terrible customer service. I don’t except 5 star Michelin service from McDonald’s, but I expect a lot more than what the night staff has to offer

  TRIED TO KILL ME. I came for a meal and stressed continuously that I was severely allergic to lettuce and could not have it it by any means. They loaded my sandwich with lettuce!!
