This young man at the counter was cleaning tables, cleaning windows, welcoming folks, telling folks to have a great day on their way out. I told him he did a great job. He said he tries his best. This young man’s name was Craig. Kudos to five guys for hiring great employees at this location.

The manager told me my order had been picked up already (huge issue) then 3 minutes later they find my order slip on the ground and that they are working on it. Not only are we lying about what happened to my order but I had to wait extra time be cause my order was started 10-15 minutes before past its pick up time

When we got home, we realized both burgers were missing the actual patties. At that price point, that kind of mistake is hard to overlook. We won’t be returning. For better food and value, I’d recommend going to Culver’s instead.

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Is the Five Guys veggie sandwich a veggie patty?
Our veggie sandwich is not a veggie burger, but truthfully, it can be a mix of whatever you'd like. Choose any combination of our condiments and add cheese for an additional cost.
Our standard veggie is a mix of peppers, onions and mushrooms with or without cheese.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
