- RWRachel WillisOct 8, 20251.0I sat there for 45 mins for a mobile order the ladies working the front were amazing but the manager on duty decided it was a good idea to send home both sandwich makers right before lunch rush and not call anyone else in or even call the GM. After finally getting my order get home to realize the sandwiches only have half the stuff on them. You had others sitting there for and hour. When i asked the manager he shrugged his sholders and walked back to the sandwich line. It got so bad they had to clise the drive thru. I really hope the GM or regional see this because that was completely crazy

When you send your sandwich makers home before lunch and then have to shut your drive thru down because the people on shift aren't trained according to handle it or they dont attempt to even fix the problem. This will be the very last time I go to any wendys.
