  No matter what my experience is like here, it'll always be 5 star because of 2 interactions I had. 1) Going to get a burger at night with my dog, the manager was kind enough to give him a little pup cup. Very generous. 2) I left the other day and realized my entire order wasn't in the bag, I had almost made it to the road when I hit the brakes. Went to throw it in reverse and seen in my review mirror, who i believe was the manager, running down their road with my missing item in a bag. Legit... RUNNING... with a smile on his face. I don't care what else happens, I've never seen that in my life. 5 STAR people work there.

  Absolutely terrible, they are blasting music inside. They charged me extra for a drink and gave me a different one because they were out of the one I ordered. Ketchup dispenser is completely out. So they handed me ketchup packets that were completely covered in ketchup. This happened 2/16/2026 2:35pm

  Went thru the drive thru after church with my Grandchildren. The person assisting with order stated "this is my store" when I told him that his customer service was poor. He repeatedly rushed me thru my order stating that every second counts and I needed to hurry up because he was on a timer. I was not even done ordering and there was no one behind me. Beyond rude and I wish my Grandchildren didn't have to witness it.

  Came inside and to order a single frosty at 8:30pm. Walk up to the counter while some people are cleaning up and others are just standing around. No customers at all in the building, I am literally the only one there, and feet 1-2 minutes of staring and looking confused, they asked me to use the self kiosk to order. It then took 7 minutes to make a frosty. Apparently 3-4 minutes to find the bottle of chocolate sauce that lines the inside of the cup, and a glacial pace make it. Place is beautiful and clean has had 7 employees behind the counter. Should not have taken that long, and a counter order was not that hard to do.

  My husband went there on Thursday night to get Chili. Wendy's is supposed to be good for their Chili, right? The person who was speaking to him on the drive through said we don't have Chili. It was the coldest night we've had plus it's winter now. This location is always out of something and it's always messing up our orders. Too many young people working there who just don't care. My husband just left and went to Culver's. They have better Chili than Wendy's.
