  After numerous extended wait times at the drive through, today I did not even receive my food. When I went inside for assistance the staff seemed more concerned with figuring out who was to blame than helping. I wound up asking for a refund but apparently the only person who was able to do that was on break in his car in the parking lot and unable to come inside to process it. I am having to file a dispute with my credit card company because no one there would help me. Hopefully staff can receive a little more training. Unfortunately even though this location is super convenient it's not worth not driving to another location or restaurant in the area.

  I visit this Wendy’s location regularly, and I’m frustrated with a recurring drive-thru issue. Nearly every time I go, regardless of the time of day or how busy it is, I’m asked to pull forward to wait for my food—even when there are no other cars in line. Often, I end up sitting outside for several minutes, feeling like the staff has forgotten about my order. This practice doesn’t speed up service for anyone when the store is empty and actually increases the chances they’ll forget something. On several occasions, I’ve had to go inside or call the store to remind them I was still waiting. If drive-thru speed metrics are the reason for this, I wish the staff would focus more on completing orders correctly and quickly, rather than just moving cars away from the window for appearances. I’m sharing this not to be difficult, but because it impacts my experience and makes me less likely to return to this location.

  My food tasted weird, got really sick, had to go to the hospital. I literally watched an employee enter the bathroom, heard the toilet flush and I didn't hear them wash their hands. Also found hair in my fries one time. Disgusting.

  Kiosk charged me, wait for 20 min for food. Turns out they never got my order, my bank shows I was charged. I showed them my bank payment. They argued with me in front of other people then became hostile. I had to order again, so I was charged twice the entire time they were staring/ mean mugging me. I was trying to be calm as possible but I'm never going back and will be disputing the charge with my bank.
