I feel like it is NEVER busy inside for your bathrooms to be cleaned. Either the employees are doing this so ppl don't use the bathroom or they are NOT doing there jobs & checking the bathroom. IT should be checked EVERY HOUR. It reflects on YOUR STORE. I wash my hands before I order....so if that bathroom nasty EVERYTHING NASTY. I WOULD EAT HERE. NO MATTER THE TIME OF DAY ITS ALWAYS NASTY. The manager Brandi insisted she “knows she put it in the bag” and even said I “probably ate it.” as well as “why didn’t you check the bag” if you put it in the bag why would I have to check? Clearly her big back is used to blaming customers instead of owning her mistakes. Between her attitude and the sewage smell coming from the kitchen I just asked for a refund and left without having dinner. Brandi has no business being a manager even at wendy’s.
