  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ SHOUTOUT TO THE TROPICAL SMOOTHIE CREW!!! It looked like multiple sports teams came in at once and the place was packed !! the kind of rush that would overwhelm anyone. And yet… this team was KICKING TAIL the entire time. Despite the pressure, the noise, and the nonstop orders, they stayed focused, professional, kind, and efficient. What really stood out to me is that they still paid attention to little me 🥳🥳I didn’t feel rushed, ignored, or treated like “just another order.” That level of care under chaos says EVERYTHING about this team’s work ethic and heart. To the employees working today: you are doing AMAZING. Your effort didn’t go unnoticed, and it genuinely made my day. Thank you for showing excellence, teamwork, and kindness when it mattered most. 💛👏🏽 Keep shining !!! you’re appreciated more than you know!

  The African American women Keisha at the register was SOOO extremely rude! I walked in and asked nicely what the drink listed on the door was goes “I dunno what you even talking about” with a slight attitude. I said no problem I’ll go look. I came back and asked while holding the menu if she could show me please where the peanut paradise was located on menu so I could see what was in it she said rudely it’s under (and told me a wrong location) Once I located it by myself, I politely corrected her and said I couldn’t find it bc I was looking at the wrong column/ she then annoyed said well whatever it’s the same thing. (It’s totally not the same thing it’s in 2 different columns). I told her I needed a moment as she was standing there tapping her fingers on the register/ she said laughed to the other employee there and said” well I got all day! I ain’t going nowhere!” I asked if the Buffalo was spicy or mild she laughed and said “uhh yeah it’s Buffalo sauce.” I then began to place my order ..as she continued the look at the other African American young kid and laugh/ mock me. I ordered the chicken Cesar was so and asked if that would be served hot. She laughed right in my face. I said excuse mme She goes why would that be hot as she was laughing still. I immediately asked for someone else to please help me- she denied my request and said Nope! I’m the manager I got it. The other kid tried to come over and explain she was laughing because she thought i meant is the Cesar spicy. I said regrless your laughing in a customer face. I put my menu down and said forget it have a good day. You were very rude and I refuse to spend my money here today or have her make my food and possibly risk her doing something to it. She started yelling as i wqlk e iuthe something along the lines…”it doesn’t matter if here you go anther tropical smoothis we still get your money!” I choose not to engage and exited. I am extremely beside myself I was treated so poorly by a Manager!!! She is African American, woman and had good teeth. She was terrible and they deff lost my business there and many fellow other co workers went often during lunch. That won’t be the case any further. I had to write this I am so beside myself of her behavior! WOW

  This locations food is horrible, (LWR on SR 64) there is no comparison to the 1st St location in Bradenton which is great! My husband and I both ordered the cheesy chicken dilla, which was flat as cardboard and had a few little pieces of chicken and hardly any cheese. One of the dillas sections didn't have either one! It was an empty tortilla.
