I honk my horn a few times and no one comes. I pull to front and get out and walk in. I told the gentleman you didn’t give me a straw. He says “my bad” next time ask for one. Rude is an understatement. Find someone who has customer service skills!

Because why is it on the app it shows under the bowl section and that’s exactly what I ask for a peanut butter crunch BOWL, and I got a pita bread PB. Be for real. This was a waste of food and honestly a waste of time on the employee to do a wrong order based on the poor training of the company. Tropical Smoothie, do better. On another note the smoothies are always top tier. 10/10 I’ll give them that.
