This experience was the WORST EVER…Chalupa shell was the driest, hardest, most stale shell… returned it and received a stale but slightly softer and greasy shell with a rank taste, like rancid grease… the crunchy taco shells were also stale and with a weird “old” taste. The guy that remade the first chalupa was so very rude, I didn’t dare return anything else. MONEY DOWN THE DRAIN, or in this case IN THE TRASH. What a sad thing, but I’ll give Chipotle my money before being served this old food.

It had that cardboard chemically taste to them and if you know about DoorDash, you know it’s expensive. It was completely a waste of my money. It was uneditable. Also make sure to clean the air fryer because that can also cause problems with the taste of things

I don’t know what the workers name was but her was very rude and could not give me a refund. Disappointed with the service here and wish there was better customer service
