No offer of a substitute or refund. I told my boyfriend to go ask the other employee to give me a substitute which she did for a lesser valued item. But I find it strange they were perfectly fine with handing me a bag without paid items and not offering a refund nor a substitute.. just going to keep my money. ?

Waited an additional 10 minutes and got a half done hot dog with a splash of chilli, a busted hot dog bun, and tater tots with very little cheese. The oreo blast had oreos on top and that's it. I threw most of it away because it was obvious the food had been under cooked. I won't go back to this Sonic.
