I’ve waited in the drive thru for 15+ minutes before, and ended up parking and going inside to grab my coffee. I’ve done mobile orders too, and my cup is never ready to pick up, regardless of how far in advance I place the order. The location itself is clean but smaller than other locations. The coffee is unique in that they have automated coffee dispensers. It’s slightly annoying that it never fills up my cup completely, even if I select no cream. There’s also no way to dispense just a small amount of coffee - you have to select a full cup depending on size. In general, this Panera location is fine and offers everything other locations do, but when you visit, make sure you’re not in a rush.
