- TOTee O1 day ago2.0I visit Panera almost everyday, but go to different locations due to where my work takes me. But each time I visit this Panera, it’s SO SLOW. I’ve waited in the drive thru for 15+ minutes before, and ended up parking and going inside to grab my coffee. I’ve done mobile orders too, and my cup is never ready to pick up, regardless of how far in advance I place the order. The location itself is clean but smaller than other locations. The coffee is unique in that they have automated coffee dispensers. It’s slightly annoying that it never fills up my cup completely, even if I select no cream. There’s also no way to dispense just a small amount of coffee - you have to select a full cup depending on size. In general, this Panera location is fine and offers everything other locations do, but when you visit, make sure you’re not in a rush.

I go to Panera all over the state and I am perplexed over the fact that their large salad is way smaller than at any Panera. I wondered the first time if it was because they ran out of containers because they were so new. It is not even a bite size larger than the smaller salad. Today I went again and I got the same size, then I got to little contrainer of the salad dressing. It was basically smaller than 1 whole container of dressing. I didn't have enough dressing for even a small salad. I will not be going anymore I feel like I am being robbed. This is not up to the standards of any other Panera. Good luck with that!
