How pathetic when all you want is coffee which is empty, no creamer, and staff is too busy yapping and texting to give a crap about the place and items. Ended up with stale coffee with no creamer. Amazes me how people put up with this type of stupid, specially when it should be a trusted brand. Very disappointing indeed.
