Whoever made that knew there was barely anything on it... You all need to spot check the orders so you can see what your employees are serving people. When I was growing up Panera was good, things have changed. Soup was not hot either, barely warm.

The use of the kiosks for ordering, however, have diminished the customer service element of the chain for folks who do not prefer to use that method. The staff clearly prefer that customers use the kiosks which means they don't have to interact with customers and the are clearly annoyed when they need to.
