  Outback is consistent with their food. It is good food, not a five star steak house but very good. Service is traditionally slow but always very friendly. Managers make visits to the table. They have delicious desserts. They're prices are reasonable for the food that they serve. We probably visit there 1-2 times per month.

  12/23/25 - I ordered a ribeye rare. It came out cold to the touch and looked like it barely touched the heat. They did comp the steak, small consolation. I attached a pic of what I thought I was getting and a pic of what I got. Very disappointing. There were a couple of other issues with the other meals. We did have a great server though.

  Great steaks and incredibly friendly service! The appetizers are fantastic — especially the Shrooms, they’re a must-try. They recently added table tablets where you can place your order and also pay your bill, which is a nice modern touch. Overall, a great dining experience with delicious food and a welcoming atmosphere!

  We ended up having dinner with entire soccer team, and after not eating at Outback for few years I was actually excited to try it again. I was disappointed with appetizers. Buying big bags of premade food from Sysco and throwing it into a deep fryer is not what great restaurants are all about. Offer more fresh items. Everything was pretty much deep fried and not healthy. Main chef must have heavy hand with salt. I remembered shrimp on the barbie as juicy huge shrimp that was season just right. This time I got served dry small wilted shrimp with so much salt that it was not edible. My husband tried and it couldn’t eat it either. His salad had dry and over-salted chicken my side of green beans had so much sugar in the coating it was also not good. Portions are small, drinks have so much ice that its not worth the money. We waited for so long to pay the bill that it was ridiculous. Our waiter was young gentleman, very nice attentive I just feel bad that he has to serve food like that. We wont be going back.

  I am very disappointed with the experience my friend and I had during our recent visit to Outback Steakhouse. Our server, Tiffany, was extremely unprofessional from the moment she approached our table. She was short with us, dismissive, and her overall demeanor felt discriminatory and disrespectful. One of the most unprofessional moments was when she referred to us as “boo,” saying, “So what’s it going to be, boo?” That type of language is completely inappropriate in a professional setting, and it made both of us very uncomfortable. I’ve never had a server at any restaurant speak to me that way. In addition, her appearance was not up to Outback’s usual standards. Her hair was wrapped in what looked like a towel, and overall it did not present the professional image I expect when dining at this restaurant. When we asked to speak with a manager, she refused to get one, which made the situation even worse. Later, I found out that she apparently knows someone I used to be friends with years ago, and it certainly felt like that personal connection influenced the way she chose to treat me. I dine at Outback often, but after this experience, I’m seriously reconsidering returning. No customer should be spoken to or treated the way we were. I’m grateful that I stayed composed, but I am extremely disappointed that an employee representing this establishment would behave so unprofessionally.
