- FRFrank RoeFeb 16, 20261.0valentines day 2026, used app for 6:30 slot for takeout curbside, ordered hours before. i got no sides, we ordered 2 8oz filets. wife got some grizzle and fat filled maybe ribeye no way it was filet and the other one may have been filet but was not 8oz. got there on time sat 30 minutes past my slot, everything was wrong. wifes salad dressing wrong, it was disgusting. it cost us $100 i'll be calling corporate demanding a full refund, if they try to give me some $20 next time use coupon im refusing the charges. see pictures attached with the order and the outcome.

Decided to go to eat on one of Florida’s coldest days NOT expecting to be cold inside a restaurant but this location has absolutely no heat. Had a newborn with us but luckily had several extra blankets in tow with us so he was ok. Unfortunately we hadn’t figured out the heat was not working (on our own!) until placing appetizer orders. There was no signage on the door warning people. The manager didn’t say one word about the lack of heat to us. The hostess didn’t say one word. My food was cold within literal minutes. Even the blooming onion, which we usually need to let cool down, was lukewarm immediately upon arrival. I shivered the entire time I ate. My kids had on winter clothing and blankets on their laps and were still freezing cold. My daughter’s lips began to change color because she was so cold INSIDE. Absolute waste for a lunch totaling over $100. Do not visit unless you enjoy being cold while eating cold food!
