  We have eaten here twice since it opened and both the food and service are on point. Hannah provided exceptional service. I ordered a NY Strip and unfortunately it had a strange taste and smell to it so I had to send it back. They brought another one out but it still had a strange smell to it. I hate sending food back, especially twice in a row, but something was telling me I probably shouldn't eat it. I can't really place blame on the staff though as it was probably just a bad batch of steaks. I ended up getting a Ribeye and it was delicious and cooked/seasoned just right. I wish I could remember the manager on duty's name to give him some recognition too. They were all so patient with everything that transpired. We will definitely be back again. The folks running the show over there are doing a very good job all in all.

  I have ordered Outback for delivery twice so far, my delivery has arrived within 30 minutes and has been hot when it has arrived. My order has been accurate and packed very neatly.

  We had a great dinner. The steak was cooked perfectly, both the baked and sweet potatoes were delicious. The Alice Springs chicken was also very good. Our server Travis was great and all the employees were very friendly. Even the manager came around and talked with everyone.

  Well done, Outback! An amazing last-minute decision to go out for Christmas Eve dinner. The host, Mr. Fromm, made us feel genuinely welcome and quickly created space to get us seated. Hanako, our waitress, earned an incredible tip with her attentive, friendly service. And finally, Manager Pastor Troy—outstanding leadership and a great attitude! Overall, an exceptional experience. You’d never guess they recently opened. Bravo! 👏

  Service is excellent. I think they still need work on the food prep. The manager (Garrett) was very helpful and appreciated us pointing out the issues (undercooked steaks and broccoli, cold skillet cookie) so he could better train the staff. And he made sure we were happy with the corrections. I am confident that with some more time, they will be spot-on with the food, too. Our server, April, was on top of everything and very pleasant. She made sure everything came back correctly. We will be back!
