I understand that the use of kiosks cuts down some costs, but it completely seems to disconnect the employees from the customers. Tables are rarely wiped down, usually covered in the last customer's crumbs. Also the soda machines are constantly poorly adjusted to where drinks are always off, no matter which one you might choose. Food, at least, is usually quite consistent with what you expect.
