The guy at the drive-through was not professional and didn’t really seem to understand how to take an order. Obviously they didn’t give us any of the sauces we asked for and forgot to give us napkins. It was like the easiest order ever, these guys couldn’t get it right. I see why McDonald’s is completely failing.

Then I get it and it doesn't have any cheese, then they have us three unsweet teas instead of sweet tea. We had to walk in twice to get things fixed. One thing I can say, is they were pleasent! I wish this was a single incident, but I have tried to get food from other branches and my biggest complaint is that the people that handle your transaction must hate life. They are almost always rude. (Except this trip, these people were kind)

You shouldn't work fast food if you can't listen and push a button on a screen. This place is pathetic

Last time I was missing an apple pie and this time I received a 4 piece instead of the 6 piece nugget I paid for. When my order is only 2 food items and 1 drink, I shouldn’t be getting scammed out of what I am paying for.
