Asked for no ham, I got no cheese instead. I can’t eat pork and it’s not exactly cheap, especially when the size of the sandwich has shrunk by nearly half of what it use to be,so this is kinda frustrating. The cashiers were nice at least.

I was in the drive-thru on Monday, and it took a long time for them to take my order. When I finally got to the window to pick up my food, there was a guy with glasses who had a bad attitude. They told me to park at the second window, and I ended up waiting about 20 minutes.
When he finally came to give me my food, he didn’t say anything and basically threw the food at me. There was no apology or explanation, and the wait was very long. The food itself was not bad, but the attitude and service made the experience worse. They could definitely improve their customer service.

Sat in Drive-Thru for over 10 minutes with only one car in front of me. The car that was in front of me was already there for a long time before I even got around. After they took that car's order. Another car pulled up into the second drive-thru and they took their order instead of mine and they proceeded to ask me to wait again whereupon I waited another 10 minutes, decided to pull around and go inside cuz we only wanted to get two Cokes. When we pulled around there were only two cars in the Drive-Thru. What is going on here? This is not the way McDonald's works and if this is a franchise store it's sad that McDonald's has franchised pretty much all of them all out now. Companies are saying they need employees and they're hard to find well. You know I have to find that very ironic because people apply to these jobs and can do a far better job than the people working inside. But you don't hire them. Why? Snotty manager and it's not even waiting on customers on the inside of the store. Just the drive-thru totally discriminatory but then close down your inside or close down your drive-thru if you can't handle it.

Food was decent but I asked for a water cup to go. They wouldn't give me one with a lid. They told me they couldn't give me one with the lid, I'd have to pay for it. I've been to so many other McDonald's and they do it all the time. I was using a lot of my rewards but that's what my rewards are for. Bad customer service.
