Nothing was right. There was no one else in the lobby waiting we waited 17 min for a happy meal and a meal. The happy meal was incorrect no nuggets just fries inside.. the meal was wrong as well. I had to go to the counter 3 different times to fix my order so by the time I got to eat it the food was disgusting.

I am diabetic. I ordered a sugar free vanilla. I pulled up to the window and watched the lady very clearly pump regular vanilla syrup into my drink. When I double checked with the drive thru attendee, she turned and let the girl know it was sugar free. I then watched the girl pump sugar free vanilla into THE SAME SMALL CAPPUCCINO. That’s 4 pumps of syrup from two different syrup bottles in a small cappuccino! It was two different bottles I watch her do this! When she gave it to the drive thru attendee I stopped her and let her know it wasn’t not sugar free. And the drink attendee got an attitude and assured me it was. They had me pull forward for my food. I pulled forward and tasted it. Sure enough, I was right. This is SERIOUS for diabetics! This is a serious issue! I watched her do it and even said I watched you pump from two different syrup bottles and she doubled down. I visited at 9am on 11/14/2025 and This needs to be handled! This employee needs education on how dangerous this can be to people with health issues!

I started a new job and have been consistently coming in around lunchtime every other day for two weeks straight, and even breakfast here and there - This Mcdonalds is spot on! The cooks are on point, the customer service is legendarily quick (quality, speed, attention to notes, fast friendly service). Naturally, I had to ask for the names of those who are doing such a phenomenal job every day, around lunch time and are never handing out cold fries, fries that request no salt actually have NO SALT, all customizations or mods not adhered to, etc! This team is on point. The awesome staffs names are ERICK ARI LIZZIE ANGELES People never take time out to acknowledge good service and a good experience - because we expect it and expect perfection - but will butcher the reputiin of a place or it's staff when not perfect (but nevermind all of those times the establishment delivered on point or OVER DELIVERED and didn't expect anything in return). Update 11/12/2025 Wed - I met another professional yet pleasant person and smile here name MIA who works the drive thru. She seems to have a natural talent for customer service. I wanted to acknowledge her not just for her exceptional service I received from her a few times, but also for rolling with the punches when it's gets busy. She didn't back down and sounded just as pleasant with other customers on both sides of the drive thru speaker mic. Keep up the great work, Mia! JJ -Eli

This is probably the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to and my expectations are already low with McDonald’s so to write a bad review is INSANE! This location LOVES to tell people to park and that it’ll be a 10-15 minute wait. YOU ARE FAST FOOD. I ordered a small drink, small fries, and McChicken. The lady at the window tells me to park and it’ll be about a 10 minute wait. I IMMEDIATELY asked for a refund and miraculously, my food came out hot and fresh 30 seconds later. If I have to make YOUR job harder to get my $2 sandwich out on time, then that is exactly what I’m going to do.

From the moment of entry, this facility launched a direct, unprovoked thermal assault. The internal climate was less "cozy family restaurant" and more "abandoned Siberian missile silo." My core temperature dropped so rapidly, I believe I personally contributed to the melting of the polar ice caps. And yet! Did a single employee, noticing my visible chattering and the faint blue hue of my lips, offer me a complimentary fleece, a thermal blanket, or even a sympathetic shawl? No. This utter disregard for basic comfort and survival constitutes a profound failure in Hospitality 101. I came seeking one simple, sweet moment of dessert-based joy. I sought salvation in a swirl of frozen, creamy bliss. Instead, I was met with the tired, age-old lie: "The ice cream machine is broken." Let the record show: this is not a mechanical failure; it is a spiritual one. The consistent malfunction of this pivotal piece of equipment has moved beyond mere equipment repair and entered the realm of cosmic disappointment. The promise of dessert was cruelly dangled, only to be ripped away, leaving a void where sprinkles and syrup should have been. While enduring the cold and the betrayal, I was subjected to the most egregious offense: an unprovoked verbal attack by a junior patron. This tiny, unvarnished critic, acting as an unauthorized nutritional consultant, had the audacity to approach me and deliver a direct, appearance-based dietary recommendation. "You should get a double patty because you're fat." (—Actual quote from the patron, delivered with the casual savagery of a velociraptor.) My appetite and my appearance are not open for public comment, especially not from an individual whose primary goal in life is likely avoiding naptime. This constitutes emotional battery. My feelings were not just hurt; they were dramatically, irrevocably shattered into a million tiny, emotionally bruised pieces. Conclusion: Remedial Actions and Emotional Restitution The confluence of being frozen, dessert-deprived, and savagely body-shamed by a child means this establishment owes me more than a mere apology.
