    Horrible customer service, and horrible management. To get into the bathroom, after placing an order, I felt like I was perceived as a criminal who had deceived them before. The male staffer made everything better only after the two female staffers acted as if they did want to work today.

    The foods are OK but a bit slow to serve. The restroom needs pass code or notification of the staff, which is inconvenient. The indoor playground is a big plus, especially for road trip.

    Honestly one of the grossest McDonald's i had ever been in. The trash was overflowing so badly that people were leaving their trash on the tables because there was no were to put it. The only reason I went inside in the first place was because I ordered a diet coke and got a regular coke, not the biggest deal but I have my preference. I attempted to fill it in the lobby myself at the fountain that had not been cleaned in a long time, but the diet was out of syrup. I let the employee know and he immediately went and got me another soda that I assumed was diet sense that is what I told him I wanted, but when I tried it the soda was another regular. I was running late and the young man at the counter left it after giving me the soda and there was no other employees at the counter to ask. I never expect much from McDonald's, but this place found a way to disappoint me. Will. Never. Go. Back
