Been frequenting Mcds daily for the better part of 5 years especially breakfast. Need my morning coffee and theirs is solid and has been for a while. I work down the street from this location and it’s always been clutch. Even if there’s an issue which to be honest hasn’t happened to me very often Crystal (manager) or one the staff always make it right. Fast food is a tough gig to work in so much respect to her and the staff doing their best to make it right daily. Appreciate you guys!

Ridiculous!! No English speaking ppl, orders take forever and very poorly made food & poorly organized place.. ILL NEVER STOP HERE AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN !!
None of what we asked for was in the bag, straws,no accountability in the management..

This is by far the BEST McDonald’s around, service is fast, accurate and staff is always polite so what just happened?!? This evening I go through the drive-thru for a couple cookies, I asked the young man “do they come heated” and he acted like he didn’t know what I was saying, so I said, “do you heat the cookies, do you put them in the microwave?” and he said not unless you ask is too. I replied, no way, I hate hot cookies. They had 4 prepared cookies, I asked for 2. Pulled forward, received a huge bag for those 2 cookies and when I put my hand underneath the bag to set it aside I immediately felt the heat from the cookies!!😡 I spoke up to the young lady at the window asking why the cookies were “hot” and she just looked at me, I told her I specifically asked that they NOT be heated up! All the employees standing there looked at me like I was nuts but this is the 2nd time in a week this has happened (here and the Manatee Ave location) and both times I handed the bag back and drove off very dissatisfied. Can’t a girl just get a cookie without it being a hot mess?!?
