They held my debit card for 20 minutes and then when I complained they pointed at a sign that said I'm not allowed to complain. That's not all. Then a thug came out the back and said that they've already called the police because of my complaints. I know this is all on video and I know there's a bunch of other people that were behind me that must be making this complaint right now. No one has ever seen anything like what just happened. To threaten people after holding their debit card for 20 minutes is unheard of in this country

When my order was eventually delivered, it contained only one coffee and an incorrect sandwich. I am not attempting to rush anyone; however, I question the efficacy of a menu-based ordering system if the final delivery consistently deviates from the requested items due to communication breakdowns.
