Now we have a backed up drive thru that takes literally OVER AN HOUR to get through. I'm so glad I placed my order through the app, it's saved me...oh wait. Nope, I definitely fail to see the time saving logic here. I've been forced to sit at the speaker box for 13+ minutes, I may as well give my order verbally, I'm here anyways...
- AAAsleen ADec 5, 20251.0So I ordered through the McDonalds app for curbside I waited for 20 minutes and no one came out I saw they were somewhat busy so I go around drive through the lady kept asking for a code and I gave her the one I had and it wasn’t working, she then just ignores me and takes orders from the other lane, there were cars behind me so she tells me to circle around which I do, but same thing she asks for a code and I tell her I can show her the order on my phone and I don’t get a respond, I hear she takes the other lanes orders again and i ended up just leaving and not getting my food.
