  Might be time to pivot from this Jimmy Johns for a while. I come here often because it’s close by, but I got a turkey sandwich today with exactly one piece of turkey on each side of my sandwich. This is hopefully just a one time occurrence and not portion control… my previous orders have been closer to what I would consider a normal sandwich. Generally takes a few minutes to get your order in line, sometimes I feel like getting delivery might be quicker. Plenty of other options in the neighborhood, I’d use JJ’s as a last resort.

  I just picked up a to go order and took a bite while working and not really paying attention....looked down and There is a 12 inch black hair intertwined on the roll 🤢🤢🤢🤢 I am blonde & will never walk back in this disgusting facility.

  Redheaded guy in the other gentleman with glasses, making the sandwiches could not care less at the speed with which they work. There’s no sense of urgency and they clearly had negative attitudes towards customers and the overall amount of people in there trying to get lunch. It was like they were frustrated, but they actually had to do their jobs.
