Just paid $19 for a burger and fries and order a Regular fry and received a small. I put all the fries in the bag and showed them and they said that it was a regular but they ran out of cups and that's it. This is a small so when I asked another employee they said yes but there's more in the bag and I told them there wasn't. Not to mention the fries were completely soggy and I know how tgey are supposed to be. I obviously wasn't going to get anywhere with anyone so left. They raise their prices to a ridiculous amount and cut back what they give you. This place has gone down hill I recommend going somewhere else with better food and value. Also the place was empty and now I understand why

Went in and the put cheese on my burger when i ordered it without. Took it back and they remade it. But when I got home I only had a small bag of fries, no extra scoop. For $20 for burger, fries, soda just not a good value when it seems they are skimping on the fries now.

Every time I visit the plaza, I call ahead to inform them of my arrival and that I’m on my way. When I arrive, I wait approximately 15 minutes to receive my over-the-phone order. Each time, I consider canceling my order because I could have simply walked in and placed it in person, which feels more straightforward. This repeated delay and inconvenience are quite frustrating.

The fry basket full of cooked bacon and bags of buns stored directly next to the trash and washing station really threw me off. The cart is pressed firmly against the trash can. Really gross. I mentioned it to the lady serving me and she shrugged it off which made me more uncomfortable because if you don’t care about what is visible to the customer what do you do out of our sight? Won’t be returning to this particular five guys.
