  So excited this location has arrived! Very needed! The staff is great, polite, fast and accurate! Food has always came out warm/hot and correct for me. Will recommend more seating!! Consider placing more bar seating or tables in general whatever fits best. From the few times I’ve been in I’ve heard many people suggest and talk about the lack of seating or wanting to dine in.

  New Yorkers visiting Florida for a few weeks… decided we would love a Sunday bagel , lox, and cream cheese. Drove 25 minutes to the Riverview Destination during a rain storm. Ran into store because of downpour, placed our order for 2 sandwiches, coffees and paid. Handed 2 cup to self serve our coffee’s , turned around to sit down and enjoy our Sunday morning breakfast and discovered there was no place to sit. Not because it was crowded, it was because they didn’t have any tables or chairs to sit in. Not even a counter along wall to put our sandwiches on. So Sunday breakfast wound up being sitting in our vehicle !!!!! Einstein Bros Bagels ….. even Starbucks have seats ! Bye the way….. the bagels, lox, cream cheese, onions, tomato’s were delicious…. But the coffee could have been hotter !!!

  I was incredibly disappointed in my bagel sandwich. I understand this is a new location so they have to work out some kinks, but it was pretty bad. My sandwich was barely warm, cheese not melted at all, and bacon looked worse than McDonald's or dunkin. And on top of all that was a piece of hair stuck to cream cheese on my packaging. I have pictures but I can't figure out how to post them.

  Waited an unexpectedly short amount of time for our food. It made sense when we got to the car and realized the cheese wasn’t melted and the center of the eggs were still frozen on both of our sandwiches. Took a sip of my coffee and was the complete wrong drink, ordered Carmel cold brew and got chocolate cream. It wasn’t even super crowded in there, maybe five people waiting in line and three others waiting for their orders. Employees need to just breathe and understand people don’t mind waiting a little bit as long as it’s for good hot food

  Unbelievably disappointed in both my experiences here. My first order was incorrect, so they comped me for the issue which was great. I ordered again hoping it was just an error as they were new and figuring things out…. Picture is from my second order - half my bagel was burnt and inedible.
