- OROwen ReedNov 22, 20251.0i don’t usually right reviews but in this case i had to, this was by far the worst dunkin i have ever gone to, we waited in line for 20-30 mins, just to receive a black coffee with no cream and sugar when we obviously wanted it, then we got my bagel and it was burnt to a crisp and the hash browns were smooshed, the employees were nice but apparently not good at there job

Staff lost my order so I had to wait an additional 15 mins just so I could show the cashier my phone to get my order processed. After all of that, my drink was made incorrectly, so I had to wait an additional 5 mins for the drink to be remade 20 mins in all, pathetic! To add insult to injury the drink had no flavor, was runny and looked half melted, (keep mind I was standing inside the store) instead of frozen and thick how it's normally prepared. Do yourself a favor and keep your money in your pocket or go elsewhere for your caffeine fix.
