  16.00$ for burnt avacodo toast and 2 small coffees . This is the third time . I will not be coming back. Drive thru the employee couldn't even hear my order.

  Jovon was awesome! 5 minutes til close. He made sure I had 2 fresh cups of medium coffee. After the coffee was made and handed to me, I told him I really appreciate it and was my aunt's birthday and she cleans the courthouse downtown and it's really cold out, I'm pretty sure she would appreciate it! She did. Thank you for going above and beyond as an employee but more over as kind human being! 🫶🤗🙏

  Could they ever learn something from their competitor about organization and customer service! I waited in the drive thru for a very long time to pick up a mobile order. It never moved. I drove around, parked and went inside. I saw my order of 50 munchkins sitting on the counter. After nearly 5 minutes, I finally got somebody’s attention and pointed and told her that was my order. And in a very nasty tone, she said what’s the name on the order? I told her my name, she attached a ticket to it, rolled her eyes and handed it to me. I left thinking, I will never go back in that place again. Be nice to your customers. They’re giving you job security! A little courtesy goes a long way. Less than satisfactory service speaks volumes…

  Von and Wayne were so helpful tonight! It was a pleasure speaking with both of them! I don’t usually go to Dunkin so wasn’t sure what to order but they made it so much easier by giving me a variety of options to choose from and helping me customize my coffee order! Both were kind and patient with me! Will definitely be coming back to this location! Hope to see them both there. :)

  I normally avoid this dunkin because the wait times are insane for the most simple things. I decided to go because i saw no cars parked and no cars in the drive thru, so i thought oh it will be quick. I had to be at my sons speech appointment which was nearby and needed something in my stomach quick. I was wrong, it took close to 15 minutes for avocado toast with bacon bits and i was almost LATE to his appointment which is crazy because i had plenty of time. The bread wasn’t toasted and no bacon bits. So i’m truly baffled what took so long considering they didn’t toast the bread and didn’t put bacon on top. Go to the Dunkin on 70 by the Walmart instead. Unless you want to wait for a wrong order every single time. The employee apologized for the wait which is nice, but there seems to be a pattern here that has to be addressed. And according to the other reviews, it’s not just me.
