I sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes. This dunkin is incredibly slow, staff is off doing God knows what, food comes out burnt 90% of the time. I don’t know who owns this place but they need to get it together and figure out this horrible staff that they have. No one should be waiting in a drive thru for 20+ minutes.
