  I stopped here on my way to work arrived at 7:30 am third in line. It is now 7:41 am and none of us have moved what is going on!? There are now two more cars behind me and I am sure we will all be running late def need to change whoever is on shift today 2/21/26

  This has to be one of the worst dunkin donuts I've ever been to. The service times are terrible, the drinks are sometimes made right along with stale donuts, and the workers (that i have delt with) are completely incompetent or lazy to the point of anger. There is absolutely no reason that i should be sitting at the drive through speaker for five minutes without speaking to anyone or anyone responding. Equally so, i hope i never get another iced coffee only to find out the wrong way that it is filled a third of the way with chocolate syrup, all while having to listen to the employees scream at eachother. Do better, this is just embarrassing.

  told drive thru hot latte, simple enough, got to window and tried serving me an iced latte, so window person got attitude, served me a luke warm latte, and wouldn't heat it up, because the person who made it would get 'pissed' if she asked her to heat it up, worst Dunkin experience ever, luckily ive never had a problem at any of the dozens of Dunkins I've been to, always a 5 star review, not this one

  Well, we walked in and one guy was cleaning, he was friendly. Then we stood at the counter listening to a girl speaking Spanish on her phone. Very loudly as she mopped the floor. She was having a loud annoying conversation arguing with the person on the other end. Then she finally came over to help us. Had no clue what she was doing. So, we asked the gentlemen if there was someone else to help us. So a lady comes from the back and takes our order. They were not very friendly and seemed annoyed to have customers. As we sat and drank our coffee other customers came in and were also ignored. The one lady was sitting at a table on the computer. We could also hear her phone conversation as well as the Spanish girl still yapping on the phone. The one was vaping. Definitely will not stop at this location ever again. I will be contacting the owner.

  They delivered me the wrong order & then they don’t even bother to pick up the phone!
