- TNTessa NewmanFeb 9, 20262.0I was a bit disappointed in Dukin when my friend and I decided to stop in here over 7Brew from across the street because we could actually sit down and actually conversate with each other at a coffee shop instead of drive off in our cars. So we walk in and all 3 employees had their backs to us and they were very busy serving the drive through. After 5 cars were served my friend mentions out loud "Maybe they don't even notice we are here", the one person dressed in what appears to be maybe a Shift Supervisor turns around and says "I'm making fresh coffee". So either the drive through isn't getting fresh coffee of we are not getting served in a timely manner. On top of this, understandably so, if fresh coffee was indeed the reason why we, as walk in customers, we're not being served right away, then the correct response should have been "Welcome to Dunkin, please give me a moment while I make a fresh batch for you, can I get you a donut to snack in while you wait"? Instead we were not treated till after we made some noise. If we wanted to be served in our cars we would have just went to 7Brew, but we wanted to have that sit down cafe experience without the hustle of being pushed through a line.
