- DLDonna LeeFeb 3, 20261.0If they totally screw up your order you won’t get a refund unless you personally drive all the way back to the store & hand them the receipt and product or picture of the product… you can’t just send them a picture of the receipt and picture of the product & have your refund delivered or have it added back to your account etc. …. and then the only one who can approve of a refund is the manager & even if you call ahead the manager still leaves early!! Dunkin’ can Dunk its way all the way to HELL!!!!!!

This location was always iffy for me, however, when a "knee-bro" (yes, a usual scientist/engineer) gave me the incorrect amount of change (nor did he give me a receipt) it was obvious what was going on. I'm highly unimpressed. Avoid this location at all costs, lest it become extra costly.
