In the middle of us ordering again the other employee interrupted the cashier and they began chit chatting and ignoring our order once more. I have never seen such unprofessional staff in my life.

After several times, 5 out of the last 7 visits (over a 6 week span) My order has either been incorrect or the food was just old and tasted horribly. If you mess up then just then just apologize at the very least and if posdible give the person a free donut or a coupon. DO NOT act like the customer has inconvenienced you. Im trying to get to work and had turn around and waste more of morning, only for you to act upset that I want what I ordered. Very poor attitudes in this Dunkin and it's one of the worst ones Ive visited. I will no longer use this Dunkin
