We don’t get it until the time of pick up.” I’m sorry but how in the world does that work?? You guys need to retrain your staff. When I show you it was booked and paid for, don’t come up with excuses. To management: Please correct this for future customers.

They made me sick or could have by putting cheese on my food. Even though I p***** have specifically said no cheese. Also I asked oat milk instead of regular milk for my iced coffee and it said regular milk on the ticket on this cup. Have a calling for days.Nobody has answered and the manager's never there. Go to starbucks like everybody else does.
