Instead of providing clarity or assistance, she responded with clear irritation and dismissiveness. To make matters worse, she addressed me as “luv” in a condescending and patronizing tone, which felt both disrespectful and inappropriate. Her behavior was unprovoked, unprofessional, and unacceptable. I genuinely felt disrespected and unwelcome. I’m not sure if this is how staff are trained to treat customers, but if so, it’s deeply concerning. I hope this matter is addressed with the seriousness it deserves, as it reflects very poorly on the establishment. I will not be going back to this location.

I spoke up a couple times and they got mad and refused to serve me.. lol um the jokes on dunkin... your coffee sucks and you ruined one of your customers day.. you shouldnt even do doordash if you can't fulfill the orders ... tge young black girl doing hot food refused to serve me .. most likely because I put her on the spot for skipping my order multiple times
