This is the second time there has been a mistake on this pizza. You usually get it once a month, but lately, somehow it's been messing up. and when I tried to speak to the manager about it, he hung up on me twice. Now I have to waste my time and the eight dollar tip, that I just gave the driver for delivering it. Because now I have to come up there and take care of it!

They had her wait another 30 minutes while our pizza sit under a warming oven to fill a larger order as opposed to giving out orders in the order in which they receive. If I were the manager, I would be prioritizing orders in the order in which they come in. Not the size of the order. Having people that regular customers wait an hour is ridiculous. Horrible experience will not be back to your location.
