We ordered 2 pizzas and we called after 50 minutes of not being delivered to the worker saying “What do you want, we are busy.” as soon as they answered the phone. Then they proceeded to say it will be delivered in 15 minutes. After 20 more minutes of waiting, we called back and they said the pizza was delivered but we did not receive anything. We asked for a refund and they said “we cancelled the order and you will get your money back eventually.” We asked for the name of the worker and then they hung up the phone. Very rude over the phone and never received our pizza!!
- CPCameron PJul 5, 20251.0DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM HERE ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE, EXTREMELY RUDE EMPLOYEES!!!!! we ordered our pizza and waited an hour and finally called the place and the people on the phone were extremely rude and they literally answered the phone and said “what do you want we are busy” and then they transfered us to someone else to figure out where the pizzas were and the lady was very rude even though we waited a very long time. we waited 30 more minutes and they said the pizzas were never coming because it was delivered to the weong door which is okay i get it mix ups happen but they were very very rude about it and they hung up on us when we were simply asking for a refund respectfully. we called back and someone else answered and we asked for a refund and then they said calm down you will get the redund eventually and them when we asked for his name he hung up. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM HERE ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE
