- LNLurvin NunezDec 3, 20251.0I Was at the drive thru for 15 minutes waiting For someone to responde and apparently no one would answer, I drove up to the window and finally a lady came out and said she didn’t hear me at the speaker, I proceeded to order and I told her I wanted my meals large and when she was giving me the drinks they were small and I told her that I wanted everything large and she said she thought I said small, I then told her that I would pay the difference if she could upgrade them and she left me there waiting, finally another man came out and said they couldn’t upgrade my drinks I asked why and he said that they don’t do that. I was very upset and he didn’t even care! Really bad customer service in this place, will never go here again!
