  Everything was going okay, I waited in line which is usual for a chipotle, I get to the counter and start placing my order. I asked for veggies on both bowls I seen them grab a pinch and put it on one bowl and instead of grabbing a pinch from the container for the other bowl they grabbed it from the same bowl leaving the first one with nothing. No big deal to me we carry on, I ask for three sauces on my bowl and got two, I asked if they got all three and they said yes. No big deal I’m not picky carry on I asked for a side of guacamole which was forgot about and I forgot to so partly my fault. I pay about 20bucks so I wasn’t charged the for the guacamole. I get to my truck and put the bag on the center console and get in then move it to the seat. When I moved it there was a piece of carnita on the bottom of the bag luckily I don’t care about things like that but what pissed me off the most was when I got home I grabbed the bag from the passenger side and closed the door and bam all the food fell out the bottom cause the bottom of the bag was soaking wet. The dirty wet counter made my whole 20bucks fall out.

  Honestly, very good! Like I remember it in Cali. Carne Asada bowls, deeeelicious. Guacamole was great addition. Not cheap, but what's cheap?? I would do it again. Inside seating, meh...kinda like most fast food places. Got it to go today. Flavor of the carne asada was fire!

  Had high hopes for this location as the Chipotle on 70 is so bad. (IYKYK). Highly advise management to either have a discussion about how tonight’s services were ran around 6pm when we went or go back and watch video. Everything was out and only one person seemed to be working. They were all yelling at each other so I assume there wasn’t anyone higher up there tonight to have some sort of system in place. Hopefully someone is taking some accountability for the management of this new location.

  I went and almost had a great experience, then I saw these little kids literally take their hands, put them on the iced tea/soda dispensers where the liquid comes out, lick their hands, and put their hands back on the dispensers. This is probably the most disgusting thing I have ever seen at a restaurant in my entire life, and such a shame because I’ve been so excited for this Chipotle to open. I tried to tell an employee who was working the drive thru, but she did not seem to care. I understand it’s not her job, but something should have been communicated to the manager. With sickness going around and tons of old people/kids going to this restaurant, such a disgrace to let something so unsanitary go. Disappointing

  Now open! The employees are attentive and pleasant and made sure the burrito was being made to my liking from ingredient to ingredient. No line when I went in today, probably because people haven't noticed that they are open yet. It looks like they're still hiring/training folks and the parking lot is a little busy with contractors still working on Einstein's Bagels and the dental place in the same plaza. Turning back out onto River Heritage Blvd is downright perilous during rush hour. Visibility is very poor in both directions. Hopefully the commercial developer, CDD, or Heritage Harbour will trim those trees and bushes back (or remove some) before the inevitable car accidents begin as traffic increases. This is probably going to need to be changed into a four way stop at some point. Regardless, happy to have a local Chipotle in my neighborhood! Thanks for the kind service.
