  I hate to leave these kinds of reviews but this place was filthy..it was my first and last time there. IDK if they were understaff…but the trash cans were overflowing, we had to clean off the table inside for us to eat (all the tables outside were dirty), the place for ppl to fill drinks was covered in trash, the hand sanitizer in the waiting line was empty, I went to the bathroom to wash my hands and the paper towels were out..this place was gross, and previous reviews point out the same issue that it’s gross. It’s only even open for 2-3 months and I’m surprised it’s this disgusting. I won’t be going back.

  Very disappointed! Online ordering menu is very difficult to navigate and gives you no opportunity whatsoever to put in modifications or requests. In 2026, that's super brutal when all your competitors have that option. Furthermore, my order was supposed to be ready at 7:10 and I got there at 7:09 and the guy said it would be 4 or 5 minutes more and he'd let me know when it's done. Well I waited till 7:26 with him looking at me and finally went up and they told me oh it's been ready for a while why didn't you come up? Amateur. Won't be back.

  Really was looking forward to this location opening up since I hate going to the Sr70 and Lakewood ranch one. Plus I workout at crunch right here everyday and it’s super convenient. Unfortunately this new location is a huge bust already. I miss the old chipotle days where it was cheap, you got your moneys worth, and most importantly it was fast and friendly service. This one I go to 2-3 times a week in the afternoon and it’s like a funeral inside lol 2-3 workers max, only one teenager working the line and register at the same time (bless his soul as he does his best), and no manager in sight. The poor kid is just doing his job and I respect it, but he skimps me eveytime lol scooping with half the spoon and I ask for more and he gives a tiny bit. Also due to only him being on the line, the actual customer line backs up and takes 15-20 minutes for your turn. Geez Louise chipotle has really gone down the drain these days. Charging me $13 for a few pieces of chicken get out of here lol

  I had ordered food to pick up and on my way there my tire blew out in front of the store. So I was putting on my spare in the driveway there and one of the employees showed up and offered me his help acknowledging by saying that he knew I had it under control but if I wanted or need any help he would be glad to help. That right there shows great character not as customer service but as a great human with a heart. I appreciate that beyond words! So not only did he offer help, after I told him I was fine and almost done. I mentioned I actually ordered food from Chipotle and will be at the drive up window soon. He then asked me for my name and went and brought my food out to me. That was great customer service! There needs to be more employees and humans like you! You should hold your head up high! What you showed did not go unnoticed and I thank you for making a day that was not so great a better day. Also team the food was Great!! That bowl made me feel even better!! So you deserved all these stars!! If I go raise your store up to a Solid 5 start forever I would. I know there are bad reviews here … but we are never perfect .. nobody is.. I hope your store can get more great reviews .. strive for your best always!! And dude with the blue car that offered me his help.. thanks again!!

  Hide your chickens if you live close by! Worst Chipotle experience. Rude customer service. Dirty restaurant. Out of almost every topping. Food was cold. 20 min wait just to order with four customers, only ordering one meal each, in front of me. Finally ordered a bowl and was told chicken was still cooking and would be ready in about two minutes. Said I’d wait and gladly stepped back to let another customer place his order. The girl who took my order was annoyed I decided to wait. She got even more annoyed when the next two customers also decided to wait. The wait was maybe 2-3 minutes which was perfectly fine. When it was time to construct my order, the same employee with the attitude, asked if she could start working on my order while the chicken was being diced and said she’d place it on the rest of the topping. No worries since I always mix the ingredients together anyways. She then begins aggressively spooning toppings into the bowl without any regard for me asking for less of two toppings. I could kind of understand “pretending” not to hear someone ask for more but, not less. Don’t be misconstrued, I was not being difficult. Rather, I was being polite and respectful. Another employee noticed her being rude and stepped in to add the chicken. There were six pieces of average sized diced Chipotle chicken on the spoon. So little I could see more of the spoon than chicken on it. I know Chipotle has recently dialed back their portion sizes but damn, maybe one and a half ounces of chicken is their idea of a regular portion?! I then asked for double portion and was willing to pay for it. The same employee added three more pieces and said it was extra since I waited for it to cook. Thanks man! I asked again for the double portion and was completely ignored. I gave up expecting to receive the extra portion I asked for and would have gladly paid for to have a normal meal. I’ll sum it up by saying, my lips are now on fire from the extra hot salsa I asked for less of, ate enough corn a small village could have shared together and will probably end up running someone’s chicken down later tonight when I get hungry again so I’ll have fed myself a suitable amount of protein! As awful as the experience was, I can’t even be mad about it considering I know absolutely nothing about this review or other bad reviews will change their approach to a better restaurant. They’ll keep doing their thing and people will keep spending their money due to the convenience. Off to get some chicken feed!
