    This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I went around 8:30pm on 2/22/26 and words can’t even describe the environment. There were so many missing items even forgot to bag certain sides. Dirty dishes pilled sky high. Queso looked like it was sitting there all day. The man that checked us out treated us very poorly. How do you not have large size chips?? There was no compensation or compromise to fit our needs. Such a shame but I will not be going there again!!!

    0/5 starts. the crew that was working 2/22 around 9 was horrible. dishes everywhere, didn’t have half the items, queso looked like it had been sitting there for hours. workers were rude, especially the one working the front. ive never been to a worse chipolte. don’t spend your money here.

    I had a disappointing experience at this location due to poor customer service. When I asked if my to-go order was ready, the staff member responded with unnecessary attitude. I also witnessed an older customer receive an eye roll from the cashier while she was trying to open her app to retrieve her order, which felt very disrespectful. Customer service plays a big role in where I choose to spend my money, and unfortunately this experience has led me to take my business to another location. I hope management addresses these issues so future customers are treated with more courtesy.

    Food poisoning for the second time at this place. Came a year ago decided to try it again and nope ! Worst chipotle spot I’ve ever been to. Me and my home girl sick as hell !!! Tables were surprisingly clean but where they make the food looked nasty

    JUST moved to the area this past weekend, exploring Bradenton looking forward to getting my food, I’m allergic to cilantro when I went in and asked for plain white rice the cook in the back had a bad attitude and said that they don’t have any. As for the workers in the front were playing around and didn’t even seem to care for my service when I first walked up. Great way to introduce someone to the area worst chipotle I’ve ever been to also the first to not have plain white rice. Won’t be coming back.
