Now customer service is bad, the door portions have gotten worse, it’s always dirty, no one wears hairnets anymore, food is never fresh…the list goes on. After my visit to this location tonight, I rather make my own “chipotle” at home.

When we brought this to the staff's attention, the young woman smacked her lips, said she "didn't have time for that" and walked off!! I requested to speak to the manager who was dismissive and acted like we were an inconvenience rather than trying to fix the issue. For the price they charge, the lack of quality and poor customer service is unacceptable. I won't be returning."
