Some of the best customer service I’ve seen/experienced in a long time. Emilie was so sweet and helpful when I came up to pay. She helped me by pointing out where all the napkins and utensils were. Very friendly and very professional. Always had a smile on her face too. I will definitely be coming back for the food and to say hello to her. Amazing job from Emilie!

We were very disappointed with our experience. The portions were extremely small — so small that my kids and I were still hungry after finishing our meals. Instead of refilling the empty containers, we were served even smaller portions, and the pita strips we received were mostly crumbs. What was most frustrating was seeing noticeably larger portions being served to customers who came in after us. The inconsistency was obvious and disappointing, especially considering the price. We hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue.

I love the cava on university. But I ordered delivery from this new spot, paid $30 for a bowl with delivery / service / tip and there is literally no silverware in the bag. So now I just get to smell the food and starve. Simple things people. How is someone supposed to eat with no utensils ?

I was really looking forward to this location opening since I’m a fan of Cava and there aren’t any nearby. Unfortunately, my first visit yesterday (02/15/2026) around 2pm was disappointing.
The portion sizes were significantly smaller than what I’ve received at other Cava locations - noticeably less food in the bowl than expected.
More concerning was the staff dynamic I witnessed. A team member named Quinn was openly berating Billy and Hubert (who were working the sauce station and register) because they asked what was in my bowl and the bowls of other people in line. She told them they “need to pay attention” in a way that was unprofessional and uncomfortable to watch. I ended up standing there for about 2 minutes waiting while this interaction played out before I could get anyone’s attention to finish my order.
I understand they were busy - it was lunch time and being a new location, they’re probably dealing with a lot of curious customers. But this behavior was unacceptable. Billy and Hubert were trying to be helpful and provide good service. Speaking to coworkers that way, especially in front of customers, is disrespectful and leaves a sour taste in customers’ mouths. It made the entire experience uncomfortable.
I hope management addresses these team communication issues. Especially with Quinn. I’d like to give this location another chance, but the combination of small portions and the unprofessional staff interaction made for a poor first impression.

I haven't been to a Cava in more than a year. I used to love going to the one on University and then the food wasn't the same.
I love this place! The people working there were super kind and patient. I am grateful to have this CAVA somewhat close to where I live. Clean, organized, nice seat arrangements.
So many wonderful vegan options. Love the new Sumac slaw. Refreshing beverage of mint cucumber drink house made.
I can't wait to go back. Thank you. 🕊️💗
