They pound the chicken out so thin that is is easily overcooked. The sauce was over tangy and not enjoyable. The salad and bread were excellent. We've gone to Carrabbas for special occasions for years. We haven't been satisfied in the past couple of years, tonight we've decided we probably won't try again. Too bad, it used to be a real treat.

From the moment we sat down, Isabelle was warm, attentive, and genuinely happy to be there. She knew the menu inside and out, gave amazing recommendations, and somehow anticipated everything we needed before we even asked. Our drinks were never empty, the food came out perfectly timed, and she checked on us just the right amount—attentive without ever being intrusive. Her positive attitude completely elevated the entire experience. You can tell Isabelle truly cares about her guests and takes real pride in what she does. This was one of those rare dining experiences where the service alone makes you want to come back. Isabelle is a total superstar, and Carrabba’s is lucky to have her. She deserves all the praise (and raises!).
