  Jimmy was absolutely wonderful. He has the best manner - kind, friendly and respectful. I also noticed he had great timing - not intrusive but there when we needed something. Jimmy seems like a happy person who loves his job - we all got good vibes from him. Thank you for a lovely evening!

  I want to highlight Claudia's excellent service at the restaurant. Her communication was very clear and friendly, which made my experience very pleasant and hassle-free. It’s clear she genuinely cares about providing quality service and understands the importance of good communication with customers. I definitely appreciate her attentiveness and recommend that her level of service be recognized and appreciated

  Brittany was amazing server she was attentive and personable. Not to mention she made suggestions of cocktails what I asked about the martini offered and it was great! We always live our time at Bonefish . It is not easy to have such a cohesive atmosphere and bonefish has done this along with the above are why we have been enjoying Bonefish at Cortez road for 20 years!

  We had a fabulous dinner! Jimmy was attentive and was able to answer all of our questions with confidence. I’m big on fish and sauces so I was adamant about doing a special piece of fish with an additional skewer and Jimmy made it happen seamlessly. We did drinks, apps, entrees and desserts and everything was impeccable. Jimmy truly made our experience especially as locals, incredible and we will be back! Worth the stop, ask for Jimmy!

  Very disappointed with experience. Was there this past weekend. Asked for well done entree meat. Was delivered meat that was raw (pink) in the middle. We had only made two cuts when we started slicing the meat and noticing it was undercooked. Thankfully, we didn't take a bite of the raw meat. Server didn't come check on our table after people running food dropped it off (which servers should do right away). Another server was walking by, saw the food, advised they'd take it to kitchen and we'll get a new plate, piece of meat, side dishes, etc. Well, we got the SAME everything back. You could see where they just slid the meat off the plate to throw it back on the grill. We got the same piece of meat back because, lol and behold, there was my original piece with the two initial pieces I cut into when discovering it was undercooked. Mashed potatoes weren't new, but looked like more were thrown on top of the old ones and they were hard - maybe they were under a heat lamp? We did mention this and feel this should've been handled by a manager. This is an I don't care attitude. Food should never be raw/way undercooked inside when it was ordered 'well'. Further, making people sick with undercooked meat IS a serious issue. Not to drone on, but do people realize how disgusting it is to serve slop to customers? The very customers who keep your establishment open? It's brazen and a slap in the face. Servers need to advocate for their customers by talking to the mgr or kitchen. You're establishment is going to make someone ill if you don't get this place under control now. Btw, Men's restroom was dirty. There were chairs in the Ladies restroom. They were overflow chairs from the dining room (they looked so out of place in there and it was gross). Two chairs were in front of the sink, and several right when you open door/behind door. Couldn't get to sink without moving the chairs, and bathroom wasn't wheelchair accessible then because we barely got in there. The last row of tables, by the bathrooms, is too close to the booths so we had a hard time walking through there to get to restrooms without bumping into a sitting customer. Get rid of that row of tables; it was obviously squeezed in, and now you're not in compliance with disability laws. Put yourself in a walker, wheelchair, or on crutches and seriously see how it feels for these people to try to relieve themselves when they're at a restaurant that basically throws attic junk in the restroom! Does/do the manager/managers care? If so, we'll check in with you all in a few months. If it doesn't seem better, we won't even sit down to eat, and perhaps the issues will need to be passed onto people/places that will rectify things. Hope you can get the place into shape.
