  TOBI offered me an iPad with the menu of coffees, teas, and milkshakes as I drove thru this drive in only option. The menu is posted between the 2 order and delivery lanes that is a bit hard to see so the iPad menu works for me. The menus are dark letters on white have a slight glare with readable font. Service is reasonable quick and they got order of green hot tea with an ice cube just right No restroom as this is drive in only with flat even ground

  First time going to this place. Got a large Chocolate Dipped Strawberry cold brew and a Toasted Marshmallow cold brew. WOW what a disappointment. I really wanted to like this place too! Drinks looked and sounded great from their site. But both drinks tasted like a black cold brew with nothing in it. Nothing but a SLIGHT sweet taste. No strawberry flavor no chocolate flavor. Just a plain cold brew, at this point I’m questioning if they put any flavor in it at all. As for the toasted marshmallow cold brew. Same thing, literally no flavor at all. Just a black cold brew with maybe 2 sugars added. No flavor of marshmallow or any toasted flavor. What a disappointment, this place won’t be open long with drinks like that. Go to WAWA and get you a cold brew there. THAT is a fire ice coffee!

  I come here daily and have met great people, had great service, and good coffee. But, today they messed up both my drinks and when I told them one tasted like soapy water (looked foamy). They said that's just how it comes out. Sorry. No replacement, no offer to replace. I hope this is not the new way of their customer service. Up until today I have enjoyed coming to this new location. I know it is a new location and is fast-paced, but take pride in what you do. Builds customers and business. I will return, because it's still new and everyone is learning. Hopefully, I will see the customer service they started with.

  We actually enjoyed the coffees that we ordered from 7 Brew, but if you’re in a rush or don’t want to wait 20+ minutes, AVOID this drive thru. While the coffee was great, it was not worth the headache and hassle that we went through. Now if the place is not busy, then you should be fine, but they have a lot of kinks they need to work through before we will be back. To start, they have two drive thru lanes. You’d think they would be making the orders interchangeably, but no; the line we were in was moving twice as slow. We knew this because we pulled in at the same time as another vehicle, and they were given their order at least 4 cars ahead of us. Secondly, their staff were disorganized and confused. We were approached three different times to ask what we ordered. Third, they were running coffees to our vehicle and about 3-4 other vehicles before the car furthest in front was given their order. Why aren’t you prioritizing the first vehicle? What’s the point if the rest of us are stuck in the drive thru line and unable to pull out or drive around because the first/front car is blocking everyone else? How about asking that car to pull off to the side or pull forward so everyone else could drive through and away? They also don’t have mobile ordering or a pick up window, so drive through is your only option. They are far from a Chic-fil-a or Starbucks operation and definitely need to work on their organization and operations before we will be back or can recommend visiting them.

  The service was great. They were very helpful in giving recommendations and wete very patient while we made a decision. The music was very loud so it was hard to hear what they were saying. That made the atmosphere a little difficult. I'm not a naturally loud person so having to raise my voice so she could hear me was uncomfortable for me but it's fine. My biggest issue was actually the coffee itself. I had never been to a 7 brew before so I ordered 3 different drinks in order to have a variety. The problem is the coffee didn't taste like coffee. I paid $20 for three medium coffees. I tasted all 3 and there isn't even an after taste of coffee there. I got a sweet and salty, something with cinnamon, and something with Irish cream and white mocha. Nothing tasted as you would expect based on the ingredients.
