  I just have to highlight how wonderful the customer service is here. While I waited for my coffee today, I struck up a conversation with one of the girls working, and she was so genuinely kind that it honestly made my week. I wish I caught her name so I could shout her out directly, but if she sees this, I want her to know how much that small moment meant to me. I frequent here and the customer service is great and as always, the coffee is too!

  Had a great experience at this 7brew. It was my first time trying 7brew and I was really impressed. Not only by the coffee but the service! 2 really sweet girls working, the order taker and the cashier. Both had nice conversation, seemed like they liked their jobs and the coffee was delicious!

  If I could give this zero stars, I would, Lisa was totally rude while taking our order, and a horrible server. She argued with my dad and told him that his truck was smaller than her moms “truck” (said it was a Durango) and told him his truck could make the first turn in the drive-through which is very narrow. She was arguing back and forth with us for no reason. What a horrible experience.

  Just tried Seven Brew on Lorraine Rd in Lakewood Ranch and now I get the hype. I came later at night expecting a quick, quiet stop—and Hope welcomed me like I was a regular. Super friendly, sharp on the menu, and you can tell she takes real pride in the place. I also interacted with another team member for a moment and the vibe was the same: everyone’s upbeat, dialed-in, and working like a true team. Now the important part: the drink. I went with one of their energy drinks (the purple one—Nightshade, I think), and it’s dangerously good. Smooth, flavorful, and exactly what I needed to keep going without feeling like I was drinking syrup. What really stands out is how easy it is to customize without feeling like you’re getting “add-on’d” to death. Coffee, shakes, smoothies, energy drinks… they’ve got something for everyone (they even have Red Bull in a can if that’s your move). If you’re tired of the big siren-logo coffee line and want something faster, friendlier, and more fun—this is the spot. I’ll be back.
