  I went to the 7 Brew on SR70 twice this week and BOTH times I was disappointed with the service. On my Tuesday visit both lanes of window traffic were pretty busy and didn't seem to be moving anywhere. As I sat there I noticed that the girl who was waiting on customers would take an order then walk to the building each time before approaching the next customer. This did not expedite anything, rather it slowed the flow of customers down. Do the owners know about "Point of Service" systems that send orders electronically to the service area? In today's visit I managed to get in the line that runs right by the service window and I sat there at that window for 2 or 3 minutes while the girls inside had an involved discussion and no one even acknowledged me. With so many drive through coffee options available these days it was "two strikes and you're out" for me. I left without ordering and won't be back. Dunkin Donuts is right across the road and I have never had a bad experience there.

  Long line but fast services. Girl who took our order in the drive thru was super sweet and working her butt off. Really hope it doesn’t rain on her. Haven’t tasted the coffee yet but I have a great feeling it’ll be amazing !! Cheers

  The music is so loud you can’t even hear the person when you’re trying to order. 6 people standing inside and one very kind gentleman taking the orders of both lanes outside.

  I got a strawberry matcha and when I got it I asked why is it white?. They said Green and Red makes brown…..Ummmm this is white. It tastes just like whole milk but the lady said that it is matcha. I’m really upset because I know what matcha is and this is not it.

  Fantastic service drove up there was an attendant named Danica with a great smile fantastic attitude we’ve never been here before we’re from Boston and she made a great experience we like this so much we’re coming back with more people for more coffee keep it up Danica you are a model associate!
